You can now tweet or direct message your questions or concerns to @VSMedia_Support and receive real-time responses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
If you have previously contacted us through @Flirt4Free, this new account is now the fastest way to interact with us via social media.
Remember: do not include any sensitive account information when tweeting, as it will be visible to other subscribers.

I like the idea. Though It's not everyone who'll be comfortable to disclose publicly on Twitter that they are clients of an adult entertainment website.
How about restoring the "live support" chat box right here on the site?

You bring up a very good question! We have been currently working on restoring the live chat experience. You should start seeing those improvements in the next couple of weeks.
